Small Product Delivery:
• Small products such as mobile devices and accessories are delivered within 3 business days from the order confirmation date.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s geographic location.
Large Product Delivery:
• Large products such as home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, etc.) are delivered within 3-4 business days from the order confirmation date.
• We will coordinate with the customer to determine an exact delivery time based on availability and location.
Delivery on Holidays:
• Deliveries are not made on official holidays.
• If the scheduled delivery date coincides with a public holiday, delivery will be rescheduled for the next business day.
Rescheduling Delivery Appointments:
• If a customer needs to change the delivery date, they must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• The new delivery date will be subject to availability.
Delivery Charges:
• All orders within Amman and Zarqa are delivered for a fee of 3 JOD.
• Orders to the other governorates across the Kingdom are delivered for a fee of 5 JOD.
• Delivery time varies depending on the customer’s location and the nature of the order.
Estimated Delivery Time:
• The estimated delivery time is determined by our team, but please note that schedules are subject to change due to factors such as weather conditions or traffic.
• In case of any delivery delays, customers will be informed as soon as possible.
